We endeavour to try and send out goods with in 48hrs but please allow up to seven days for delivery. All items will need to be signed for, before signing for you items please inspect the packaging and goods for any damage,loss or tempering. Do not sign for damaged or missing goods. Any items that having been signed for as being received in good condition can not be replaced or refunded by claims of damage or missing items.
If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address. This card will display a phone number and consignment number. To arrange another delivery time and date, you must contact the local depot using the number supplied and quote the consignment number shown on the card.
When we despatch your goods we will e-mail you with a consignment number so you can track your parcel, giving you peace of mind that it is on it way to you.

Our returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date purchase, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the item.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty.
